Born to an Italian father and Peruvian mother Giancarlo carries “Sazon” in his blood
His career started at 13 years of age working at his fathers trattoria
Travelling over 25 times to Peru Giancarlo realized that there is no other like Peruvian cuisine
“It’s the first fusion cuisine of the gastronomical world and everyone should taste our flavours at least once in their lifetime”
Peru has become his second home travelling often with his beautiful Peruvian wife and bringing back freshly inspired dishes
